Avery Tent, Table And Chairs LLC
By booking equipment or services from Avery Tent, Table And Chairs LLC (“Company”), the customer (“Renter”) agrees to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Reservation & Deposit
A reservation is confirmed once a 35% deposit has been received.
The remaining balance is due on the day of delivery prior to setup.
Failure to provide payment may result in cancellation of the reservation.
All deposits are non-refundable.
2. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of event scheduling and equipment reservation, all deposits and payments are non-refundable.
Reservations prevent equipment from being rented to other customers for the same date.
In certain situations, Avery Tent, Table And Chairs LLC may offer a future rental credit at its discretion.
3. Service Area & Delivery
Avery Tent, Table And Chairs LLC operates from Ringgold, Georgia and serves the North Georgia and Chattanooga areas.
Delivery is included within 30 miles of Ringgold, GA.
Additional delivery fees may apply for locations outside this radius.
All rentals are delivery and setup only. Customer pickup is not available.
4. Rental Period
Standard rental periods may include:
• 1 Day
• 2 Day
• 3 Day
• 1 Week
Rental periods must be agreed upon prior to delivery.
Additional fees may apply for extended rental periods.
5. Property Access Requirements
The renter must provide clear and safe access for delivery vehicles and installation crews.
Access must allow for safe transportation of equipment.
Access issues such as:
• narrow gates
• blocked paths
• vehicles blocking access
• stairs or difficult terrain
may result in delays, additional labor charges, or inability to install equipment.
Installation decisions are made case by case by company staff.
6. Site Condition Requirements
The renter must ensure the setup area is:
• level
• clear of obstacles
• safe for installation
If the setup area is unsafe due to mud, flooding, debris, steep slopes, or access limitations, Avery Tent, Table And Chairs LLC reserves the right to refuse installation.
Deposits remain non-refundable in such situations.
7. Tent Installation & Ground Stakes
Most tents are installed using steel stakes driven approximately 30–42 inches into the ground.
By agreeing to these terms, the renter acknowledges and accepts that stakes may be driven into the ground.
The renter must disclose any underground hazards prior to installation including but not limited to:
• irrigation lines
• septic systems
• electrical wiring
• water lines
• drainage systems
• underground utilities
Avery Tent, Table And Chairs LLC is not responsible for damage to underground utilities that were not disclosed prior to installation.
8. Installation Surface Requirements
Tents are typically installed on:
• grass
• dirt
• gravel
Installations on concrete, asphalt, or other hard surfaces may require special anchoring methods and may incur additional fees.
9. Weather Policy
Tents and rental equipment are temporary structures and are not designed to withstand extreme weather conditions.
In the event of severe weather such as:
• high winds
• thunderstorms
• lightning
• flooding
• unsafe ground conditions
Avery Tent, Table And Chairs LLC reserves the right to:
• delay installation
• modify installation
• remove equipment
• cancel installation
These decisions will be made case-by-case in the interest of safety.
Weather conditions do not qualify for refunds.
10. Wind Liability Clause
Tents are temporary structures designed to provide shade and limited weather protection.
They are not designed to withstand severe wind conditions.
If winds exceed 25 mph or severe weather is approaching, tents should be evacuated immediately.
The renter acknowledges that:
• tents may become unstable in high winds
• severe weather can create dangerous conditions
• immediate evacuation may be necessary
Avery Tent, Table And Chairs LLC shall not be held liable for injuries, damages, or losses caused by severe weather or failure to evacuate the tent during unsafe conditions.
The renter assumes responsibility for guest safety during the rental period.
The company also reserves the right to remove or dismantle tents if weather conditions become unsafe.
11. Fire & Heat Restrictions
Open flames, grills, fire pits, or heaters must remain at least 30 feet away from tents and rental equipment.
Failure to follow this rule may result in removal of equipment and liability for damages.
12. Equipment Responsibility
The renter assumes full responsibility for all equipment from the time of delivery until pickup.
The renter agrees to:
• protect equipment from theft and vandalism
• prevent misuse of equipment
• ensure safe use by guests
• not move equipment after installation
The renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft.
13. Equipment Movement
Once installed, equipment must not be moved by the renter or guests.
Moving equipment may cause damage and additional fees.
14. Damage & Replacement Fees
Customers are responsible for damage, theft, or excessive cleaning.
Typical replacement costs may include:

Tables
Folding table replacement

Tent Equipment
Tent sidewall damage
$150 – $400
Tent pole damage
$250 – $600
Tent top damage
$1,000 – $3,500
Inflatables
Inflatable repair
$300 – $800
Major inflatable damage
$1,500 – $4,000
Blower replacement
$350 – $600
15. Cleaning Fees
Excessive cleaning caused by:
• gum
• wax
• mud
• food stains
• tape residue
may result in cleaning fees between $50 – $200.
16. Inflatable Safety Rules
For inflatable rentals, the renter agrees to the following:
• adult supervision required at all times
• no shoes inside inflatables
• no food, drinks, gum, or candy
• no sharp objects
• no flips or rough play
• follow posted weight limits
Inflatables must not be used during rain or high winds.
Avery Tent, Table And Chairs LLC is not responsible for injuries caused by improper use or lack of supervision.
17. Power Requirements for Inflatables
Inflatables must remain continuously connected to power during operation.
Blowers must not be turned off while the inflatable is occupied.
18. Professional Conduct Policy
Avery Tent, Table And Chairs LLC maintains a professional work environment.
The company reserves the right to refuse service or discontinue setup if employees encounter:
• unsafe working conditions
• harassment or threatening behavior
• intoxicated or aggressive individuals
• unsafe property conditions
In such situations, deposits and payments remain non-refundable.
19. Event Photography
The company may photograph equipment setups or event installations for marketing and promotional purposes.
No personal customer information will be disclosed.
20. Delivery Agreement
A written setup agreement and equipment confirmation will be provided at the time of delivery.
Acceptance of the delivery confirms the equipment condition and rental agreement.
21. Agreement to Terms
By booking online, by phone, or by signing the delivery agreement, the renter confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
